Most of our bathtubs include an overflow and drain assembly. Check the “What’s Included” section above to confirm. If not included, standard drain kits are available separately and fit most tub configurations.

A filled bathtub plus an adult can weigh 300–500 kg. Most modern homes with standard floor joists can handle this, but older homes or upper floors should be assessed by a contractor. Check the filled weight in the specs and consult a professional if you’re unsure.

Freestanding tubs are one of the easier bathtub types to install — you position the tub, connect the drain, and hook up the water supply (for freestanding faucets). You’ll need a helper to lift it into place. Alcove tubs are more complex and typically require a professional.

Acrylic tubs are lightweight, affordable, and retain heat well. Solid surface (stone resin) tubs are heavier, more luxurious, and retain heat even longer. Both are durable and easy to clean. Acrylic is the most popular choice for Canadian homeowners.

Faucets are sold separately for all our bathtubs. This lets you choose the style and finish that matches your bathroom. Freestanding tubs can use wall-mounted or floor-mounted tub fillers. Alcove tubs use standard 3-handle or single-handle wall-mounted faucets.
