What Qualifies for Price Matching

- Sale and promotional pricing — if a competitor is running a legitimate sale, we'll match it (clearance excluded).

How quickly do you respond to price match requests?
We review all price match requests within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET). If you submit on a weekend or holiday, expect a response the next business day. For urgent needs, you can also call us at (416) 318-5684.
Can I price match after I've already purchased?
Yes — submit your request within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and we'll verify the competitor's pricing. If it qualifies, we'll issue a price adjustment back to your original payment method. This typically processes within 3–5 business days.
What counts as an "identical" product?
Identical means the exact same brand, model number, SKU, color or finish, and size. A similar-looking product from a different brand does not qualify — even if it appears visually identical. Model numbers must match exactly.
Do you match Amazon or marketplace sellers?
No — we only match authorized Canadian retailers operating their own storefronts. Third-party sellers on Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms don't qualify because pricing, condition, and authenticity can't be reliably verified.
What if the competitor's product is out of stock?
The product must be currently in stock and available for purchase at the time of your request. If the item is listed as "out of stock," "backordered," or "discontinued" at the competitor, it doesn't qualify for price matching.
Do you match bundle or multi-item pricing?
No — if a competitor's price requires purchasing multiple items together in a bundle, that discounted bundle price doesn't qualify. We compare individual product prices only. The matched price must reflect the standalone item being purchased.
Can I combine a price match with a coupon or promo code?
Price matching and additional discount codes or coupons cannot be combined on the same item. You choose one benefit: either the price match or the coupon/promo code, whichever gives you the better deal. Our team can help you compare before you decide.
Do you match US retailer pricing?
No — our price match policy applies to Canadian retailers only. US-based pricing involves currency exchange rates, import duties, cross-border shipping costs, and warranty differences that make direct price comparisons unreliable and unfair to both parties.
