Rates depend on several factors working together: your delivery location within Canada, the total weight and dimensions of your order, the number of items in your cart, and the type of carrier required for your specific products. A faucet ships very differently than a 60-inch double vanity.

Order Cutoff & Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Thursday are processed and prepared for shipment the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays process the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately and a shipping notification once your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery is 2–5 business days Canada-wide. Remote or northern regions may take 5–10 business days. All orders include a tracking number so you can watch your shipment move in real time from our warehouse to your door.
Two Delivery Services
Curbside (standard): your product is dropped off at the curbside, driveway, or garage, provided there is no obstruction to wheel passage. Off-loading (premium): we bring your product into the main floor of the house. Both options can be discussed with a salesperson before placing your order.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@homecaresupply.ca. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll update the address at no charge. Once in transit, address changes may incur a carrier fee that we'll communicate before making any changes.
Damage-Free Guarantee
Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. Take photos of any visible damage before the driver leaves when possible. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, no questions asked. Transit damage is covered under our shipping insurance.
In-Store Pickup
Select In-Store Pickup at checkout. Orders ready in 24–48 hours. You'll get a confirmation email and courtesy phone call from our team to confirm pickup time. Available at our Vaughan and Burlington showrooms.
