Browse 22 porcelain floor and wall tiles — denser, harder, and more water-resistant than standard ceramic. Suitable for floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, and even outdoor patios (porcelain's low water absorption rate makes it freeze-thaw safe for Canadian climates).
Porcelain vs ceramic
Porcelain is fired at higher temperatures than ceramic, making it harder, denser, and more chip-resistant. It absorbs less than 0.5% water (vs 3–7% for ceramic), making it the only tile type safe for outdoor installations in Canadian winters. Available in matte and polished finishes across wood-look, marble-look, concrete-look, and natural stone patterns.
Shipping & installation
Standard sizes from 12"×12" to 24"×48" plank formats. Sold by the box. Professional installation recommended for large-format tiles. Free GTA delivery on tile orders over $999. Visit our Vaughan or Burlington showrooms to see products in person before ordering.
