Sadly, things did not go as planned.
I ordered a new interior pre hung door on February 6th, 2026.
The confirmation email stated estimated delivery, February 7th.
I called to check and was told it would actually be 3or 4 business days.
I waited several days, then called again on February 19th to find out what is happening.
The person I spoke to apologized for the delay and stated that the door was being shipped and that it would arrive by the following Tuesday February 24th.
No door. Still waiting.
I finally received an email on Wednesday that the door was ready for pick up.
We picked it up on Friday February 27th.
Regrettably, the door was not correct.
I called your company immediately, that same evening.
The person on the phone checked into it and determined that the error was my fault.
He said the I should have ordered a left hand reverse swing door but that I had ordered a left hand swing only.
I asked him to check and see if there is anything that we can do because I cannot use this door which is still brand new and not installed, and I need the get the correct swinging door.
He said he would check into it and get back to me.
I never heard back from him.
I waited until the following week and called again and spoke to another person.
He told me that the original man I spoke to was off due to illness.
He too looked up my invoice and also said that it appeared as though I had ordered the door incorrectly.
Once again I asked if he could look into it to see if there was something I could do to get the correct door?
He assured me that he would look into it and get back to me.
Once again no one has ever gotten back to me as promised.
I now have a $400 door that I have no way of using.
Unfortunately this has not been the best experience for me.
Which is too bad because the first door I purchased with your company went pretty smoothly.
